FAQ
I got my pretzels, now what?
Ready to enjoy your pretzels? Here's how to reheat them: From frozen: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. 2. Place pretzels on a baking sheet (directly or on aluminum/parchment). 3. Spritz the tops with water and add your favorite toppings (apply cinnamon sugar after baking). 4. Bake for 6-8 minutes (time may vary). Pretzels are ready when they compress easily when pinched. For a crispier exterior, reheat at a higher temperature. From thawed: Follow steps 1-3 above, then bake at 350°F for 3-5 minutes. Note: Microwaving is convenient but won't give you a crispy exterior and chewy interior like the oven does.
We use no preservatives to keep our pretzels natural! To keep them fresh and tasty, freeze them as soon as you get them. They'll last 3-4 months in the freezer. You can also refrigerate them for 3-4 days, but like most fresh-baked breads, they'll go stale quickly.
